ASU Employees Forming Union Hope To Engage With University Quickly

Employees at Arizona State University are in the process of forming a union. The effort has been going on for a few weeks, and organizers are hoping to start engaging with university administrators quickly.

Laurie Stoff is on the organizing committee and says members don’t see themselves as being adversarial with the university, but rather as dedicated employees trying to make ASU the best it can be.

Stoff is a principal lecturer and honors faculty fellow at Barrett, the Honors College at ASU. Stoff joined The Show to talk about why employees are take this action now.
