Arizona and the U.S. economy has been through the ringer in the last year as the pandemic has ravaged businesses and upended spending. But Glenn Hamer takes an optimistic view of the future as vaccines are distributed and pent-up demand builds.
Hamer is the president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, which is hosting its annual legislative forecast luncheon Jan. 8.
