Arizona State University is starting its spring semester with strong enrollment numbers as students are determined to continue their education despite the pandemic, officials said in a Monday press release.
Approximately, 122,000 ASU students are enrolled for the spring semester, an increase of more than 7% over last January.
Some of the biggest jumps were among its master’s degree students and ASU Online students.
The number of new first-year students and transfers grew by 8% and 1.5% respectively compared with last January.
Meanwhile enrollment among on-campus students has remained steady since the previous semester.
