How The Biden Administration Will Get Along With The Intelligence Community

One of President Donald Trump’s favorite targets during his administration was the intelligence community. He didn’t have much use for their work, and that sentiment was exacerbated by the Russia investigation that led to Trump’s first impeachment.

That attitude from the Oval Office is expected to change dramatically in the Biden administration, which most anticipate will take a more traditional approach to intelligence.

President-elect Joe Biden’s nominee to lead the CIA is longtime diplomat William Burns.
