Arizona Senate President Karen Fann on Jan. 20 announced a deal between her chamber and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which would have the board turn over all the election-related material the Senate demanded in a subpoena.
But the supervisors’ chair says the sides are continuing to negotiate “in good faith” to turn over “some of the requested documents and information.”
The Senate wants to do an audit into the results of the presidential election in Maricopa County to see if there were problems, intentional or otherwise.
