Election-related bills have been a major focus of state lawmakers so far in this year’s session, and this week promises to be no exception to that.
One bill would mandate that any voter registration effort conducted by a county recorder could only be done in a government building. Another, from Rep. Shawnna Bolick (R-Phoenix), would allow the Legislature to overturn a presidential election.
