To-Go Cocktails Could Come Back To Stay At Arizona Bars And Restaurants

Among many industries that have been hit hard during the pandemic, restaurants stand out because of social and cultural elements — and a stark reminder of how much our daily and nightly lives have changed. One popular policy that was temporarily put into effect by Gov. Doug Ducey did give restaurants a bit of a boost. That was the ability to sell alcohol to go.
