Arizona Senate To Debate Bill To Let Lawmakers To Appoint Presidential Electors

It is crossover week at the Arizona Capitol, when the House works to finish up its bills to send to the Senate and vice versa.

It means long agendas for floor debates and votes. And it also means to expect more of what are called "strike everything amendments" — basically, all the language in a bill is removed and replaced with something that can be completely different and unrelated.
