Arizona Senate President Karen Fann has broached the idea of using 100 volunteers for the hand recount of Maricopa County ballots. She also reached out to Helen Purcell, who was the county recorder for 28 years.
Purcell was invited to lead the process, but she turned down that opportunity.
The Show spoke with Purcell about why she declined the invitation to participate.
