Arizona Restaurant Critic On Dining Out During The Pandemic

The pandemic has affected, upended, challenged and in some cases, ended businesses in all parts of the economy. But restaurants were often in a particularly difficult spot — generally allowed to be open, but having to change a lot of what they do to accommodate takeout and delivery.

EDITOR'S NOTE: This interview was recorded before Gov. Doug Ducey rescinded all COVID-19 restrictions on Arizona businesses.
