The pandemic has affected, upended, challenged and in some cases, ended businesses in all parts of the economy. But restaurants were often in a particularly difficult spot — generally allowed to be open, but having to change a lot of what they do to accommodate takeout and delivery.
So how has the Valley’s dining scene weathered the past year or so?
