The University of Arizona in Tucson has announced it will open up new COVID-19 vaccine appointments every day based on cancellations and capacity, officials said during their Tuesday media briefing.
The university is inviting anyone interested in getting a vaccine against COVID-19 to check regularly for appointment availability.
“Our goal is to get as many shots in the arms of our local community as we can so please help us help you and check those appointments every single day," said university spokeswoman Holly Jensen.
Vaccine appointments can be scheduled online at podvaccine.azdhs.govor over the phone at 844-542-8201.
