On the April 6, The Show spoke with State Rep. Michelle Udall. She chairs the House Education Committee and had written a letter to Arizona Superintendent of Public School Kathy Hoffman calling on the superintendent to release an estimated $70 to $85 million in federal funding to help certain districts fend off impending teacher layoffs.
Superintendent Hoffman spoke with The Show to respond to that and to give her larger perspectives on K-12 funding.
