Arizona’s courts are disproportionately white and male. Those are among the findings of a new report on the diversity of the judiciary in the state.
It says Arizona’s State Court System is not representative of the people of the state, and that this lack of representation “threatens the court’s ability to deliver fair and impartial justice.”
