Arizona Supreme Court: Tucson Can Continue To Hold City Elections In Odd-Numbered Years

The Arizona Supreme Court said April 14 that Tucson can continue to hold its elections in odd-numbered years, despite a state law requiring cities to hold their elections in conjunction with federal, state and legislative elections in even-numbered years.

The Show spoke with Jim Nintzel, executive editor of Tucson Weekly, to break down the roots of this fight and  to explain what it means going forward.
