Phoenix Leads The Way In February Year-Over-Year S&P 20-City Composite

The  latest results of the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices, the leading measure of U.S. home prices, were released Tuesday.

Data for February 2021 shows Phoenix leads the way with a 17.4% year-over-year price increase in the 20-City Composite.

Behind Phoenix was San Diego with a 17.0% year-over-year increase and then Seattle with a 15.4% increase. 

Also according to the  report, the U.S. National Home Price NSA Index reported a 12.0% annual gain in February, up from 11.2% in the previous month.
