As more people are getting vaccinated, restaurants around the Phoenix area are filling up. But it has been a rough year for the restaurant industry.
The Valley has lost some of the best and most loved places in town, and so many restaurant workers have had to start over.
So where are we now? And are we anywhere near getting back the culinary momentum we saw pre-pandemic?
