Space might be the final frontier, but getting there can be an expensive proposition.

Private companies have been doing more work beyond the Earth’s orbit, from Elon Musk’s SpaceX to Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin, to many others — both big and small. In fact, estimates show between $14-20 billion in private investment going to space every year, which is similar to the budget for NASA.

A new master's program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University reflects that increased interest.

Greg Autry was recently hired as a clinical professor of space leadership, policy and business there, and The Show spoke with him to learn what exactly space leadership, policy and business entails.
