U.S. Supreme Court Ruling On College Athletes A 'Very, Very Big Deal'

Earlier this week, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the NCAA could not prohibit benefits given to student-athletes as long as they’re academic related.

That decision came about a week before laws in several states allowing college athletes to benefit from their names, images and likenesses are set to take effect.

To learn about the ruling’s impact, The Show spoke with Glenn Wong, who says this is a very, very big deal.

Wong is executive director of the Sports Law and Business Program and distinguished professor of practice at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
