Over the weekend, the Phoenix Convention Center welcomed back its first guests since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic as nearly 1,000 gathered for the American Dental Hygienists' Association conference.
Next up is the National Sheriffs' Association — and then the Volleyball Festival comes to town.
It’ll all bring thousands of people to downtown Phoenix, which has been something of a ghost town over the last year and a half. And it signals an important turning point in the city’s recovery from the pandemic.
