The Phoenix Suns play Game 1 of the NBA Finals on July 6 in downtown Phoenix against the Milwaukee Bucks.
It’s the first time the Suns have made the championship round since 1993. The Suns were the first major professional sports franchise in Phoenix, and the community’s reaction to the team’s success takes that long history into account.
