Slight Cool Down In The Phoenix Area Expected By Mid-Week

The Phoenix area will experience a dip in high temperatures later this week.

Phoenix National Weather Service meteorologist Mark O’Malley said it will start out as a warm week with high temperatures near 110 degrees Monday.

“However, by the middle of the week, we’ll cool down as moisture increases and we’re going to be looking at temperatures peaking out at just over 100 degrees,” he said.

The current forecast for the Phoenix metro region is calling for a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday.
