Starting next week, the restrictions that began 15 months ago for some courts in Maricopa County are ending. This also includes Superior Court and probation department offices.
The courts never fully closed; they were just open with limited capacity or held online.
Although they now will be open to full capacity, some restrictions still remain in place. Visitors and workers will undergo temperature checks upon arrival, and masks will still be required in designated areas.
Maricopa County Superior Court will still continue live streaming its proceedings on its website.
