The future of how, when and where we work is a popular topic of conversation as more employers and employees think about balancing in-person and remote work coming out of the pandemic. Those decisions can have big implications for companies that lease office space, and who may or may not be able to make changes to their leases — or to their spaces.
So many people have been working remotely over the last year, and many are planning to work hybrid schedules going forward. So how big of an issue it is in the Phoenix area that companies may have more office space on their hands than they need right now?
