Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg Talks Transit, Broadband Infrastructure For Arizona

Pete Buttigieg is the 19th Secretary of Transportation.

Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema reportedly met with President Joe Biden July 27 to talk about the $3.5 trillion infrastructure package a bipartisan coalition in the Senate is working to get approved.

The measure would include money for roads, bridges and broadband, but also issues like climate change.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was in Phoenix earlier this month to talk about infrastructure needs here. The Show spoke with him to learn what he sees as the biggest needs for the Phoenix metro area.
