Private businesses in Arizona can require their employees and customers to get vaccinated against COVID-19; that’s according to an opinion from Attorney General Mark Brnovich. But, he says, that does not apply to cities, like Tucson, which has instituted such a mandate.
Also this week, we’re expecting Cyber Ninjas to send its findings about last year’s election in Maricopa County to the state Senate for its review. That report should be made public sometime after that.
