Valley Youth Theatre has been finding silver linings in a year without live theater.
Like so many organizations, they’ve pivoted to virtual classes and performances. But there’s nothing like being on stage live, and Bobb Cooper, longtime artistic director, was looking forward to a return to that magic this fall.
But now, with the COVID-19 delta variant taking off, he said those plans may need to be put on hold for everyone’s safety.
The Show spoke with him to learn about those difficult decisions and what it’s been like since the pandemic first hit in March of last year.
