In an ideal world, businesses and corporations are managed with integrity — a willingness to stand tall when it comes to ethics and honesty consistently — while also understanding the requirement to be profitable. Trying to balance that can lead to considerable unsteadiness, and that’s probably why there are renewed pushes for integrity — because that quality simply isn’t present often enough.
On Oct. 13, the Integrity Summit will mark its 10th year of honoring integrity in the community and in business here in Arizona.
The Show spoke with the summit’s co-founder Jerry Colangelo — former head of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks and USA Basketball — to learn about its history and the importance of integrity.
