Biden's vaccine requirement is on pause, leaving more uncertainty for Arizona businesses

A federal appeals court panel has temporarily blocked the Biden administration’s rule requiring employers with more than 100 employees to generally require workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Under the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, companies have until Jan. 4 to mandate vaccinations or have unvaccinated employees get tested for COVID-19 every week.

For more about the rule and how the stay of it may impact businesses here in the Valley, The Show spoke with Todd Sanders, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
