Arizona Highways magazine has been published for nearly a century, full of words about — and images capturing — many of the state’s most beautiful locales.
The publication’s December issues are often some of its most popular, featuring snowy photos of the Grand Canyon and other picturesque parts of our state.
But this year, editor Robert Stieve decided to try something new. The cover still captures Arizona in snow, but the inside of the magazine features the inaugural “December Project.”
The Show spoke with Stieve and asked how it feels to present a fresh idea in a magazine that’s nearly 100 years old.
