She's not the Fiesta Bowl Parade queen, but she's been ready for 15 years

UPDATE: Karen Bayless Feldman will ride on a float in the Fiesta Bowl Parade for the first time on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022.

Longtime Arizona resident Karen Bayless Feldman dreams of being a queen — and depending on how you feel about it, she isn’t setting her sights all that high.

She wants to ride with the royalty at the annual Fiesta Bowl Parade that runs through central Phoenix; this year’s version is scheduled for Dec. 18.

Unfortunately, her dreams have been dashed every year for more than a decade. That’s when she began showing up on the parade route in formal attire, including a tiara.

The Show spoke with her to learn how it all started.
