Arizona Department of Health Services added 3,411 new cases of COVID-19 on Werdnrsday, along with 27 deaths. And, hospitals across Arizona say they’re struggling to meet the health care needs of their communities.
Federal help is coming to two hospitals in the state, but officials say more is needed.
