Cyber Ninjas' attorney lashes out at Maricopa County judge over bias while trying to drop clients

An attorney for the now-defunct Cyber Ninjas is firing back at the judge in his case over not allowing him to drop his client for nonpayment.

Republican attorney, Jack Wilenchik, sent out a press release Jan. 12 with information about Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah giving political contributions to Democratic causes and candidates before the Cyber Ninjas case existed.

Wilenchik is arguing that Hannah is biased against Republicans and demands he be disqualified from the case — all while he tries to leave representing the Cyber Ninjas since they have not paid him his attorney's fees still.

The legal community was up in arms questioning whether this accusation could result in a potential disbarment of Wilenchik.

To learn about the situation, The Show spoke with KJZZ’s Dillon Rosenblatt.
