U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona has announced his conditional support for changing the filibuster rules.
He says he is in support in order to protect “Arizona’s successful vote-by-mail system.”
Kelly also says if campaign finance and voting rights reforms continue to be blocked by partisan politicians, he will support proposed changes to the filibuster in the Senate.
