Border wall, Prop. 208 all on the agenda this week at the state Capitol

A federal judge has denied a request from Attorney General Mark Brnovich to use environmental laws to require the Biden administration to restart construction of the border wall.

To learn about this and a request from Republican legislative leaders to have the state Supreme Court get back involved in the Prop. 208 lawsuit, The Show spoke with Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services.
