Phil Boas: Trump is losing his influence. But Arizona's GOP candidates won't acknowledge it

The Show regularly checks in with the editorial board of the Arizona Republic to talk about current issues facing the state and the region — featured in columns on the newspaper’s op-ed pages.

Last week saw former Vice President Mike Pence talking about Republicans focusing on their own positive messages to win elections.

Texas primary results indicated more traditional GOP members seeing greater success than their Donald Trump-endorsed counterparts. Some analysts believe those are signs that more Republicans are finally ready to stop disputing the 2020 election.

Republic columnist Laurie Roberts wrote about how that trend could affect Arizona.
