Record high temperatures in the Valley this weekend will be met with an abrupt shift in weather patterns early next week.
Highs are forecast in the mid-90s this weekend, according to meteorologist Mark O’Malley.
“Just be cognizant that even though it is late March, that sun can really suck the energy out of you and just use necessary precautions,” he said.
O’Malley said breezy conditions at the start of the next week will usher in showers by Tuesday with a high of 70 degrees.
