Indigenous designer Norma Baker-Flying Horse describes how fashion can be stylish and eco-friendly

Norma Baker-Flying Horse, known in the fashion industry by her native name, “Red Berry Woman,” is an Indigenous designer from North Dakota in town this week for Phoenix Fashion Week.

The Show spoke with her to learn why recycling old garments is a fundamental part of her work. The conversation began by describing the roots of her passion for creating clothing.
