A month ago, The Show spoke with Yuriy Matsarsky, a Ukrainian journalist and blogger from Kyiv who had taken up arms with his fellow Ukrainians to ward off the Russian invasion, which began on Feb. 24.
Matsarsky spoke about sending his daughter to an undisclosed location in Europe to stay with family, and he talked about the Ukrainian defense forces protecting not only their own country, but all of Europe from Vladimir Putin’s autocratic ambitions.
The Show checked back in with Matsarsky to see how he is doing after two months of conflict. The conversation began by asking him how conditions have changed since we last spoke.
