Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is in a tough campaign to be the Republican nominee to replace Sen. Mark Kelly, and throughout his campaign, he’s become something of a fixture on Fox News, talking about his office’s efforts to sue the Biden administration over issues like building the wall on our southern border or vaccine mandates for COVID-19.
But Morgan Loew found some of those politically driven efforts have been funded with money diverted from funds meant to combat consumer fraud, which is on the rise.
