BBC Look-Ahead: Why Zimbabwe wants to restart the ivory trade

A Russian soldier has been sentenced to life in prison in the first war crimes trial since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began; the soldier had pleaded guilty to killing a Ukrainian civilian.

Meanwhile, Russian forces continue to focus their attacks on the east of Ukraine.

And Zimbabwe is looking to sell its surplus in ivory, a trade which has been globally banned since 1989.
