Are 'red flag laws' effective at preventing mass shootings?

There is talk again at the state Capitol about “red flag laws,” measures designed to take guns out of the hands of people determined to be a danger to themselves or others.

But would such a law be effective when it comes to preventing mass shootings?

To discuss that and more, The Show spoke with Josh Mozell, a Phoenix attorney whose practice focuses on people with serious mental illness.
