Donor-conceived advocates are changing sperm and egg donation laws

Colorado recently became the first state in the country to ban anonymous sperm and egg donation.

In a bill signed by Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, lawmakers also limited the number of families a donor’s cells can be used for.
