President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he has nominated Arizona attorney Roopali Desai as a judicial candidate for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Desai practices at Coppersmith Brockelman Lawyers, which covers election and political lawsuits.
Desai is a prominent election rights attorney who has recently represented Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs over the manual counties follow for election rules.
