During the height of the pandemic, millions of us were regularly ordering all sorts of products and having them delivered as fewer people ventured into stores and malls. A significant percentage of those products made their way to our doorsteps via deliveries from Amazon. The company's already-established dominance continued to grow.
But a new report by Vox indicates that Amazon is facing significant challenges when it comes to attracting and retaining warehouse employees. Leaked internal research from mid-2021 that Vox reviewed showed the company was especially concerned about deep worker shortfalls in Arizona and California.
