The Arizona State Parks department is updating its reservation system for its nearly 3 million annual visitors.
Starting July 5, gift cards will not be accepted for purchases or reservations until a new system is finished being installed in late July.
That’s when visitors will be able to modify or cancel their reservations online and make reservations at multiple parks in one transaction.
Additionally, reservation fees will be reduced and will now be available starting at 8 a.m. rather than midnight.
