TV viewers have been fascinated by cooking shows for decades, probably starting with Julia Child on "The French Chef" in the 1960s.
Fast forward to more recent years — there’s Anthony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsay and wall-to-wall kitchen competitions on Food Network.
The newest addition is the F/X drama "The Bear," which streams on Hulu. It features a young chef who leaves a job in a high-end restaurant to take over his late brother’s role as the head of his family’s sandwich shop.
Arizona chef Adam Allison of the Handlebar Diner and Brightside Burgers says "The Bear" reminds him of his own cooking career. The Show caught up with him to talk about what his expectations were for the program.
