Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich challenges Biden's immigration policy again in new filing

In a new legal filing, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich claims to have new evidence that may challenge certain Biden administration immigration policy decisions.

Earlier this year, Brnovich argued that the Biden administration illegally stopped border wall construction when it didn’t take into account environmental impacts. A judge threw that argument out.

Now, Brnovich has reworked that theory and has what he calls new evidence. He says he has proof of the impacts, which in this theory includes population growth. He claims the administration wants to encourage illegal migration to grow the U.S. population.

Hear Howard Fischer discuss Brnovich's new argument with host Mark Brodie on The Show

Brnovich cites statements made by the Homeland Security Secretary, as well as the ending of two immigration policies for leading to increased costs in burdened areas.

No court hearing has been set.

To learn more about Brnovich's argument, The Show spoke with Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services.
