Republican Abe Hamadeh is once again challenging the results in the race for Arizona’s attorney general.
This comes just days after election officials certified the midterm results.
The final vote tally showed Hamadeh losing to Democrat Kris Mayes by little more than 500 votes.
On Friday afternoon, he took to Twitter to announce that he and the Republican National Committee had filed a new lawsuit.

At 511 votes out of 2.5 million our race is the closest statewide race in Arizona history, it is currently undergoing a recount. Every legal vote deserves to be counted.
The suit claims errors and inaccuracies in how polling places were operated and how ballots were processed and tabulated. Attorney Tim La Sota said given the small margin, in a contest with more than 2.5 million ballots, those errors could change the outcome.
Hamadeh filed a similar suit right after the election. It was dismissed as premature because state law only allows legal challenges in the first five days after the formal canvass of votes.
