Prior to last month’s midterm elections, there was a lot of conversation about how Latino voters would cast their ballots, both here in Arizona and around the country.
Much of the discussion centered around data and results that suggested that demographic was starting to move — even if just a little — away from Democrats and to Republicans.
Earlier in the fall, The Show spoke about this with Republican strategist Mike Madrid and Democratic strategist Chuck Rocha; together, they host the Latino Vote Podcast, and they talked about how some of those changes at the margins could decide the winners and losers in some races.
Now that the results are in, The Show caught up again with Rocha, who's president of Solidarity Strategies, to talk about how some of those changes at the margins played out in the midterms.
