The World Cup wrapped up Dec. 18 with Argentina beating France in penalty kicks in a match that many are calling the greatest finals ever played, with many calling it a classic.
But before the tournament, host country Qatar faced a lot of criticism over human rights abuses, as well as the circumstances under which the tournament itself was awarded.
